When booking a tour however, we request that you provide your name, email address and respond to general preference questions to assist us in confirming your purchase and reaching out to inform you of tour additions and special offers, but we will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. TERMS OF USE

Thank you for using our website. When you (the purchaser) book a tour you, and all persons covered by your purchase, agree to the terms and conditions of St. Augustine City Tours Inc (the company). The terms and conditions are for the protection of the company and all its guests.

Customer Certification

You (the purchaser) hereby agree that your responses to questions and certifications during the booking process will be accurate and honest. Some of our tours are restricted to the 21+ age group, because we visit establishments offering alcohol. During the booking process you will be asked to certify that you and the guests that fall within your booking are over 21 years of age. St. Augustine City Tours Inc does not take responsibility for checking identity documents to verify that your certification is accurate.

               

Payment

When purchasing a tour or product from the company you confirm that all credit card information provided is true and accurate, that your credit card company will honor the purchase and that you will pay the prices listed on the company’s website. Online purchases are performed using a secure portal, and walk in purchases will be charged under your supervision.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling may be made up to 24 hours prior to your tour. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending a tour within the 24-hour window the company will work with you to reschedule or convert your purchase into a gift card that you can use at another time or gift to family or friends. Refunds

Refunds may be requested by emailing [email protected] if you are dissatisfied with the service you purchased from the company. We want all our customers to be happy and entertained during their tour and will work hard to rectify any errors on the part of the company.
